Method

  • A teaspoonful of garam masala
  • 1 TSP ground coriander
  • One teaspoon of ground cumin
  • 1 tsp Kashmiri chili powder (optional)
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • One teaspoon of turmeric
  • Two tomatoes, quartered
  • Fresh coriander leaves ready to serve

Method

  1. The oil is gently heated in the pan. Include the bay leaves, cardamom sticks, fenugreek, and cinnamon. Cook for about a minute until the aromas have been released. Add the onions, and cook on high heat for approximately 10 minutes, stirring now and then.
  2. Include the beef along with the ginger and garlic. The meat will cook until nicely browned across the entire surface, which should take about 10 minutes. Include 1 1/2 teaspoons of salt. Then add the other spices. Mix well, and after that, add tomatoes. Cover and cook at a low for about 5 minutes or until the tomatoes soften.
